http://www.onlinemetals.com/ look for 4130 chromoly in 1 1/8" I.D. for steer tube and 7/8" O.D. for handlebars

aluminum is why your razor bars break. chomoly is way stronger and isnt heavyer at all. unless your a little pussy that cant handle the wight of a 7pund scooter. Grow some balls.
