Depression

I have been really down lately feeling like life is just slipping through my fingers and i have nothing.

and then i realised i havent slept in nearly 3 whole days, when I suffer from insomnia i get weird.
I work from 12midnight till 8 am, 4-5 days a week for minimum wage -_-"
and that makes it worse.
I would never go as far as hurt myself physically, but i feel mentally blerrrrrrrrrrrr right now, and nothing seems real, or exciting

does anyone else get this crap? usually i am a real happpy kid just bouncing off the walls! and anyone that rode with me will tell you its not me writing this message

I tried to rid this world of myself in december. seriously.

My girlfriend wouldnt help me.
I drank whiskey everynight.
I didnt eat.
I didnt sleep.

It took hanging out with this older girl clare every day for three weeks to start feeling a little better.

My advice to you good sir. Find someone you know, someone you know you can trust. and tell them. let them help you.

Dont ignore people. Make sure you eat. And remember, alcohol doesnt solve anything.

1. get sleep
2. if you're feeling down, just think about all the little things in life you take for granted, and how good you have it. Don't let stupid little things get to you.
3. What works for me if I'm feeling kinda down for whatever reason, convert that into anger and just go beat a punching bag or something for like 10 minutes. Once you let it all out, you'll start to feel much better.
3. do what sam said - find someone you trust, and just get it out, you'll feel way better afterwords

get a pen and paper and let it flow onto that

thats basically what ive been doing lately. im stuck in a very boring and still time so i just let whatever feeling i have just come out either onto that piece of paper or the guitar.

you just have to find the thing that works for you

i just started a blog on myspace, but like it cant be viewed,
cuz i rather type then write,
and i think its helpingi
i have about 20 paragraphs down so far.
it does help

fuck yeah. I've been playing guitar the MOST lately, really takes your mind off things, so great.

yeah really. working on learning a song or writing one will take your mind off anything. and if you get good, then your over your boredom AND you can play music haha. double score

i have like 5 or 6 pages hidden in my room that i write in when im sad or w/e
and YES find a trustful person and just let it out dude..
it honestly works

Yea, write it down on paper. I was feeling like that about 2 weeks ago when my girlfriend dumped me. I think it also helps to watch a funny movie or look up some comedians on Youtube. Not even joking, that helps a little.

Take this shit seriously too.
Dont fuck around with depression.

If it honestly gets really bad go to a doctor. dont be afraid of going. its relatively normal.

i have been depressed lately. riding does help but only to a point. i too have insomnia. the only thing that has ever helped me with those problems is illegal. uhg w/e. the internet is getting depressing im going to go ride downstairs..

get sleep, ride, listen to music, and other stuff to distract you. talk to a girl/your girlfriend. if you have a girlfriend and she wont help, talk to her friends. if they dont help, she will get jealous and want to talk to you.

i feel depressed and miserable all the time. especially around january. i always get sick ALL MONTH (ive been sick since january 7th and still am right now) and a lot of sad stuff usually happens, so i talk to people and do other things to try to distract myself.
