hit the print screen button (above the 8 and / in the number pad. then go into paint and hit control v or edit paste. then resive it so it fits and save it as a jpeg. then go to www.imageshack.com and upload it. use the forum thumbnail 1 to paste a thumbnail of the picture. or if you use photobucket, use the
