Dialing in.

So I got my Ultra Pro Lo today but I have a miniature problem.

The headset was incredibly tight at first, and wouldn't budge, but I could hardly throw the bars around because it was so tight, so I loosened it a little, and now the bars spin fast as ----- but the bars wobble a tiny bit and makes nosies when I drop it. Is there any way to keep the headset tight and dialed without sacrificing the wobble?

Side note, I reinforced the forks with an old handle bar with duck tape wrapped around it, I fell a lot more confident now doing something bigger.

Side note, Ultra Pro Lo is a fucking dialed ass scooter, fucking love it. 10/10.

Be very precise? when I ran threaded headsets it took me like an hour to dial in a spot where it wouldn't wobble but would still spin. And make sure you get that locknut tight as hell so that it doesn't move from that spot.

apply some threadlock to the nut that threads down the steerertube, tighten it with some channel locks just to the point where all the play is removed from the headset. the bars might not spin forever but they should be alright and thats wht you get with an unsealed stock headset anyways, most importantly though because of the threadlock it wont come loose anymore.

/threadlock

Alright who wants to make a thread that answers every question about getting scooters dialed? And if there already is a thread that explains how to dial every part of your scooter, then this post is retarded.

a cane creek s1 is a headset and is compatible with every compression system including all sizes and types of scs. as far as pheonix goes i am assuming you mean there deck and in that case it is compatible with their original deck that takes a standard headset but not the new one that takes an integrated headset...

shit didnt mean to double post, my bad...
