i've tried absolutely everything, i put a bike tube strip under the brake and it still made noise so i:
put new bearings in it
tried a new headset
tightened the clamp
tightened the lock nut
tightened the axles
replaced and removed the spacers
removed the deck plugs
tightened the barends so tight i snapped the bolt in 1 of them :(
tightened the mystery bolt in my sob forks

and it still rattles :( idk it bearings wear out singularly but it is one teeny little rattle that is metalic sounding kinda like a small bearing rattling in a case too big for it. is there any suggestions? pleeaassee hhheeelllppp!!!!! i h8 noisy scooters

take off the front wheel, drop test see if it is dialed, if it isnt try just your front wheel, you can work it out whether it is the wheels or brake. sounds like headset

take your scooter all the way apart,
1. pick up the deck and shake it see if it makes sound, fix it untill it doesnt
2. put your back wheel on, see if it makes sound, fix it
3. put your fork on with compression, see if it makes sound, fix it
4. pust front wheel on, see if it makes sound, fix it
5. put bars on, see if it makes sound, fix it
6. ride cause it should be good to go

It might be your back axle. Mine is too long and it doesnt really tighten the wheel. Put a spacer there or get a bolt.

I think it's the brake Spring. You probably just need to replace the spring. I've had many problems like this on old skooters. Replace the brake and I think everything will be ok.

Drop every part seperatly, and then put 1 part at a time, and after every part drop it. Then just keep doing that
