dialing my district

i've done everything to dial it and now theres only one thing that rattles... the back wheel. no matter how much i tighten it it still rattles. yesterday i tightened it so hard i rounded the bolt, its the deck it doesnt bend in enough because the reos are so thick and the spacers are too small, only just, putting a thin washer in doesnt work because its too thick its only just not tightenable, its the tiniest little gap but it rattles soooo much

having a dialed scooter is really important to me so pls help any suggestions would b great thanx

I'd say take it to your local hardware store, get new axles seeing as they are rounded, help them get you a perfect spacer/washer and then try again, if this does not work then tell me, I might have another solution.

P.S if you haven'y got the back axle out then hammer one half size bigger allan key then twist, works well. (e.g. 5 size axle, hammer a 5.5 in)

i already got a new axle and it made no difference, it simply wont tighten enough to stop the rattle

IT may be because your bearings, or your bearing slots are ovalized..Try tape over bearings or new bearings..

Same thing happen to me when i used Black Pather bearings

Try Different bearing's and a SPACER and NO spacer
Then see if that does't work
Then idk what will

its not the bearings. thats what i first thought it was but it makes no difference i replaced my abec 11s with krunk k1s and it still rattles, my wheels arent ovalised the bearings still require force to come out and today i cut out a section of tin and custom sozed it to fit my brake mount then drilled a hole for the axle to go through i thought i finally fixed it but no. it didnt it made it rattle less but didnt fix it i was so close to trashing my scooter i'm so fukking p!ssed off please give me ideas

get a a smaller axle, chances are that you have tightened it all the way and they are touching, so there is no more space to compress against the deck. a cheaper alternative is get an old bearing or spacer, and put it on the OUTSIDE of where the axle is (e.g have it on the part of axle with threads on it and tighten so there is more coverage. i can tell it is definitely not your deck

get a bolt, a spanner (cresent) and socket set, and jus keep on tighting.

Find a small washer or two and put them in with your wheel spacers.

dude take out your spacer if yu have one thats what i did and mine dialed as fuck

Noo don't take out the bearing spacer it'll make your wheels spin like shit and it'll make your bearings much more prone to breaking. Choose a well preforming scooter over a dialed one if you need to.

grind one of the spacers just a little bit down so that the thin one fit in

Its your bearings, my front wheel has the same issue, one of them is broke.

i used to have this problem. the wheel wobbles slightly, although it is extremely tight. i just rode for a little while, and it made itself dialed. I never understood. But seriously, do you need your scooter to be dialed to ride it? it won't make you better.

my scooter is a district and they feel like sh!t if its nolt dialed they are too light if it rattles it feels like its gunna fall apart.... and i fixed the prblem, all i did was take out the washers, lube the bolt,threadlock the bolt, and tighten the crap outta it someone can now lock this thread thanx for the advive everybody
