Dirt Scoot into a Snow Scoot?

Is it possible to put skis or a snowboard on my dirt scoot so I could make it into a snow scoot?
How would you do it if possible?

Im sure some company used to sell conversion kits so that you could do it yourself but im not sure if they are still around.

idk if its still around but there might be a thread on this somewhere search amazon for what hamish was talking about or maybe try to use one of those pipe wall mount brackets over an axle onto a ski
