Wtf is the point in a back disc brake on a scooter? There are those old Micro scooters with front disc brakes which look ok (dunno if theyre whipable tho):

that was done a LONG time ago and its really nothing

japanese kids did all these mods that i really cant even explain. one was a deck that swiveled back and forth when you rode if that makes any sense. i wish i still had the pictures to show everyone so you could understand.
