i got shit today from stupid skaters calling me "gay" cus i scoot and i just told them to f off and put in my skull candys and shredd

just throw a huge trick in front of them. like yesterday a really good skater came who everyone knows and i threw down a 360 double tailwhip off this ledge and he came up to me and said "did u really just do a 360 double tailwhip, well i cant call scootering gay"
i was pretty pumped

Actually, most of the pro skaters I've met that have seen me ride were really chill about scooters once they saw what could be done on them.
Although I have met a few that are total dicks. Jeremy Wray is probably the biggest dick of them all though.


I tell pretty much everyone I ride scooters and if they look at me funny, I just don't care. And when people ask what I or others do on them. I tell them about all the contests, the fact I've been all over the world, Japan three times, and that there are riders doing crazy shit. Two of the most usual tricks I point out are Coedie's frontflip to manual tailwhip in, and Terry's double backflip tuck no hander. Once they hear that they usually have a new respect for it. Or if they ask me to do a trick or two, I'll do a double flat and that's usually enough too, haha.

I usually don't tell how/why I ride it, I just say I was in Switzerland/Austria/Spain/Germani/Slovenia couse of riding, met awesome people from all over and plan to go to Czech/Sweden...basically I'm in for the fun and everything around (I could ride BMX too, but it's just not as fun tho), if you can't put up with people pointing with the finger at you at certan times (usually they do so till they see me riding vert), than this isn't really the sport for you...

And yeah, I ride always with the same 7-8 people (MTB riders and BMX-ers, a.k.a. local DS crew) and I gad mad respect around here (not just from them), but that's has more to do with my attitude and the way I ride/behave... give respect get respect, I never had any problems, and I traveled half Europe up to Germany so far...both, riding street or park, I was never in a really uncomfortable situation...

Been in Klagenfurt at an indoor park, I think I'll go there again this month somewhere around christmass, so if anyone from Austria is down for a session, gather up the people and prepair for it, I'll announce the date within few days

Who gives a rats ass anyways. I usually just let them try it because I know deep down they want to. I've had two skaters hurt themselves on my scooter and one sprained his foot. Hahaha which made me laugh because they were making fun of it for being "pussy." And then they get hurt.
