district clamp review

The threads are really fine and they do strip easy, but if you grease them regularly they should be okay. But I maintained mine, and the threads of the actual clamp (not the bolts) completely stripped.

Looks like Inward includes longer bolts
"This District clamp is made from Powdercoated Aluminum. Fits both 1 1/4 "OD and oversized 1 3/8" OD bars. Does not fit Razor Pro Model bars. Comes with shim and sticker. Weight: 2 ounces. To install the clamp, loosen both bolts with a 5mm allen wrench (sold separately) and replace them with the longer bolts provided by Inward. Put grease on the bolt threads and under the bolt head. Place the clamp around the bottom of your bar. If you have a steel bar, you will need the shim. Slide the bar over the fork steerer tube till it hits the top of the headset. Thighten the bolts with a 5mm allen wrench. Switch between bolts while tightening to ensure even clamping and prevent stripping the threads."

Follow the directions in bold.

One other thing to watch out for is making sure the Allen wrench is fully seated in to the head of the bolt so that you don't round off hole (where the wrench fits in to)
