district dk2 cutting tutorial

i just got a dk2 and i hate the length. i know about cutting it and have seen threads like this die instantaneously after one person tried to start the infamous how to cut a razor brake thread. I am (as well as many others are) looking for a legitimate step by step with pictures or just a video on how to cut the deck precisely so you don't screw it up. Any people that are knowledgeable in this field feel free to post one so everyone can modify their decks too.
