hey, well i got my new district deck yesterday, put it all together (vertx smx, integrated headset, eagle wheels) all bolts are tight, extra rubber under break but still makes a rattling sound. It appears to be coming from the deck spacers, not the one between the wheel and the deck but the grey ones between the extrusions (you will know what i mean if you have a district)
