They're completely square. But how far up should those little edges be?

It doesn't move back and forth at all. and that's just how the are, I gotta bend em in or somethin maybe

no matter how it cuts it it will be like that.... you just have to bend those things around the cross bar then weld

your bars are pretty good, now use a rubber hammer to ''close'' the steer tube before welding
