Do you think scootering is going to be a really famous sport about 10 - 20 years ?

the match has been lit. it is in the field. just a matter of time before theres a raging inferno.

yet, like all fires, it will go out. whether we will rebound from that is up to ourselves.

as long as it stays underground while i'm in school, i'll be happy. it can blow up when i'm "done".

i believe it will grow. and will become fairly large.
but i also believe, scooters/scooter riders will always be hated by skaters for as long as we live.
i really hope in these next 10-20 years this site doesn't get destroyed, or overused from all the new riders that are invited into the scootering scene. i hope in 2020, scooter riders can actually make a living off of scootering. i also hope, new companies are created, that help scootering progress. hopefully, in 2020 theres tons of scootering videos out, clothing, scootering stores, scootering in the xgames, ect.
it will be amazing, but right now its only a dream. anyways, i do think scootering will spread but will always be known as a "kid toy" and will never be as "cool" as a skateboard.

also, i hope theres like SR fork v10 or something, haha.

i really hope it does, that would be awesome

haha well duh.

Yes if

.if we get a more of scooter riders
.scooter riders travel around the world so that more people know about it and people talk about it

.by then 5-10 or 10-20 years the sport will grow alot more

I'd love it if a new brand of scooter was created that actually cared about freestyle scootering and the riders. Not for profit like Razor!

Just like everyone else had said before me I think it has the chance to grow if there is a constant amount of people contributing to the sport.

just wait untill dxgv.2 is out, theres quite a few skate and bmx shops that are already interested in buying copies.

once they see it shit will change.

honestly, no...
i just cant seeing scootering becoming main stream. if more people started riding and everyone stayed dedicated maybe, but its just a small sport right now compared to anything else, and itll take so long and even if it does become main stream i cant see it being as big as skateboarding or bmxing, maybe about as big as wakeboarding or a sport of that level.
