never used to wear helments but i had some hits to the head so now i do 
(protec helemets are awesome)
i only wear helmet for park but.

well it depends on what im doing if im riding park im usualy wearing knee pads with no helmet unless i wanna do a fronty then i put my helmet on but i usualy dont wear it at all

haha in california u dont need to wear one if u ride a scoot,only boards,bikes, etc.
besides,ive j-walked accross the street with no helmet on in front of a cop and nothin happend. i got a ticket 4 ridin a board without a helmet,but not by ridin a scooter hahaha

in california u dont need to wear a helmet if u ride scooters. j-walked in front of a cop with no helmet on and no ticket. got a ticket for skating on the sidewalk wit no helmet

I wear them when i go to skate parks,and when i have friends with me i wear them on street...but me riding street is really just my sidewalk lol...ive never actually been riding ledges and handrails.
