does any one have a blue or red buff stem i can buy(i need one fast)

i am looking for a blue or red buff stem that is barely used.i need to get my little brother a b-day gift and he wants a colored stem.
dont post unless you have one or know where i can get one

EDIT: if anyone has an sr fork to sell that would help to.
