Does any1 on here run??

I run like 4 days a week trying to improve my mile and 5k times mainly. Mile time - 5:21 5k time - 20:16. So yea just wondering if any of you guys run often. Any of you run a marathon? Or half marathon?

I run from time to time, not really for pleasure but more as an escape, for instance just the other day I ran 2 miles from the pigs because they thought I assulted this bitch

i dont really like running during the run, but i like how you feel afterwards.

i never have ran in a marathon but its someting i would like to do sometime in my life.

i ran a 5k fundraiser. idk what time i got though.

i got 7:05 in a mile run in 4th grade. i would probably be really good if i kept up with it, but running is kinda boring imo.
 
It is boring but I put some headphones in and think of all the good your doing for your own benefit. like staying in shape better cardio, makes me scooter longer tbh lol. And just love improving my time to get better. I'm planning to try and run half a marathon soon. But yea I hear you guys.

true, im really unhealthy right now. the amount of mcdonalds and energy drinks i consume can kill a baby elephant, and i don't last very long when im riding anymore...

i think im going to start exercising more..
 
Yeah just run like 4 days out of the week at a slow pace and just try and go further each week. But you should definitely start running its good for you and will help u ride longer. And instead of mcdonalds or energy drinks try Gatorade or water and healthier foods. Good luck if you do start running

I run whenever I have to haha. I walk uphill for about 2km to get to school, so that keeps me in shape enough.
But my mile run is 5:34
But lately ive been too sore and out of shape.
 
5:34 is really good. The last 3 times I ran it was 6:07,5:38,5:21 lol. Yeah my school is around that too and I have to walk home a lot
