True. No body has ever sprinted there 100% fastest in the mile though, the fastest mile is 3:43. And that's just an extremely fast pace, I mean fast enough to count as sprinting for some people but technically not sprinting. Either way the guy who ran 3:43 is a machine

i played basketball from 7th grade to senior year and got in good shape but i always hated running. Untilll about April! Now i run like 3 times a week. Best mile time in high school was 5:39 and thats when i didn't even care or practice running. For whoever does cardio in here, props. And smoking is no excuse lol I've been smoking moderately for a year and a half now and i can still run 3 miles erryother day. Now if you hate runnning with a burning passion like i used to id say thats understandable :)

I've really gotten into running in the past couple of years. I started xc and track in 8th grade and then the summer before freshman year I ran 300 miles to get ready for the season. Then this summer before sophomore year I just got done training 500 miles so I'd say I'm proud of that. My 5k PR from last season was like 18:30 but my coach told me that I'll go sub 17 this season. And my mile PR is like 4:57 or something just under 5.

Impressive. I definitely need to get my 5k up,I wanna run a sub 17 aswell. I ran the mile yesterday btw and got 5:07! So close.. Haha
 
I have to run ALOT for wrestling practice everyday, my cardio is good, but im not too fast on the mile, haha i run like a 6:20 or something, We practice for three hours then either do sprints for 25 minutes or jog with sprints for 35, cardio is just so fun, NOT. After you cool down its an awesome feeling knowing youll be able to outlast anyone else!
 
Lol yea get my 5k down. Wrestling is great for cardio though. And it is the best feeling after your workout, you feel like a boss haha

Man I really hate it cause I have to really tone down my riding now that my season has started cause I can't afford getting injured. I absolutely hate it when running gets in the way of scootering cause of that
 
So I was running today on tredmill instead if outside and I fell and was stuck between the treadmill and wall fml. I have a huge hole in my wall and huge burn mark thing on my knee/arm
