does eagle make all cores/ urathene?

i found this picture on marcels photobucket, there a proto, twizzler, vapor, and a razor wheel.

does he make the cores for all wheels? do companys send their wheels to him to make?
or are these just cores of different company wheels with his urathene?

i think the cores are imported from china, but the urethane is all him.

and those wheels were sent to him to put urethane on lol. he took off the old urethane and put eagle urethane on.

I think they're just those wheels dehubbed, then he put eagle urethane on them
