You know whats funny? I post in this thread, saying I never get it. I was outside, did a backflip 360 off a swing, overspun the backflip a bit, landed right on my heels. And I have really bad heelbruise. LOL
I used to get it all the time and could barely walk so I went to big 5 and bought some heel cushions. You put them in your shoes and they are a jell material. It works really well cuz I haven't gotten heel bruise forever
I've got custom formed foam(?) orthotics, mainly for my flat feet, but I haven't had bad heelbruise since using them. I suggest athletic inserts or something along those lines.
i just use my plain janoski insole and its fine. the og one btw with the sick pattern if that helps. i shouldn't be posting though because my heel rarely is affected.
Just try to let it heal. Every time I get bad heel cruise I just cruise tranny for a few weeks before going back to the streets. I also rub tiger balm all over it. It happens to met on average like 2 times a year but it can take a while to heal. Right now is actually the first time in like 6 months I can jump down things without my heel feeling like it will explode.
