I was riding one day and did a double tailwhip flat, then, when i landed it my heels started to hurt a lot, now i can hardly ride, only walk

heel bruises are pretty common. In 3 years of riding I've never gotten one, coming home one day a car runs over my damn foot and i get one of these shits. 3 weeks and i still cant ride

I used to get heel bruise, but now I got new insoles and the padding for the sole is easily like 1/2" thick...

i have heel inserts, and after a sesh, i still have to tiptoe everywhere because my heels are so fucked.
