I ordered and paid for a scooter. Nothing arrived and can't contact them just goes to mobile answer machine - stay clear of buying from them is all I can say at the minute - WELL CLEAR!!!!

Monies have gone from my account paid extra for next day delivery - had no response to my emails, messages, texts at all. My only option is to pursue them through the courts now

if you bought a madd gear, learn to read before you make a purchase. they're a pre-order and aren't shipping until late august.

I can read and know that the orange is pre-order.
I order a red one. If it was a pre-order, why was I advised that it would arrive the next day during the one and only conversation I have managed to have with anyone from the company. When pre-ordering products you do not pay for them till they arrive and you certainly do not pay additional for delivery.

you PRE-ORDER to make sure you get a product before it goes out of stock. you ORDER(pay) early, before they ship, to assure that you're going to get your stuff. ALL madd gear products on dogg scooters are a PRE-ORDER. they aren't even available in the USA yet.
