theyre leasing the whole property to us and its insanely huge. like we can make the skatepark as big as we have enough money for. the land is 5 acres, not sure how many square meters.

and its gonna be indoor eventually. they wanna make part of it outdoor then add a warehouse building and put some more stuff in there. not sure how much money we have though ill have to ask mark
