I was about to make a thread about this.

But man I totally agree. If I ever come off as an ass I'm not trying to be. Kids come wander onto this site asking questions and they get called "n00bs" and insulted and it pushes newcomers away from the sport. Every rider should show respect for their practice, respect for others, and respect for themselves. In this generation people feel that respect is something that must be earned. But I like to change that to respect is something that must be learned. Respect is simply placing value on something whether it be an object or a life. Every life and object has had some work put into it so there is inherent value in all. Once you learn respect you'll find that everything changes ââ?¬â?? you'll be able to practice harder and progress to higher levels, you'll be able to communicate well with others and help them with their troubles - you'll be in control of your life instead of letting others command it! I know that their is a lot of drama on this site and some animosity between some members but I think people need to stop insulting each other and the like on the forum and if you have a personal problem with how someone is acting, take it up in a PM with them personally. Leave the bullshit off the forums and everyone should remember that we all ride scooters, share two wheels, and assault the same skaters at parks with T-Tubes. :)

I myself have personally been in the wrong on a few occasions on this site and actually I would like to apologize for those. Tanner, I'm sorry that I argued with you in the Muscle Car forum, I just felt like you called me out on something I wasn't and I was rather offended by it. That's all. And to anyone else who I've had an argument with on this forum I apologize for it as well. We're all friends here.

I am a smartass. Although i usually do try to help in most situations when a question is asked, most of the other threads I post in is not scooter related. After you've been going on this site for like 6 years seeing the same question get asked gets old so i pretty much stopped helping kids minus the photo/video forums, BUT LOOK AT THE GOD DAMN STICKIES.

Haha as am i, but i don' tneed to be under the influence, if im just not into you as a person its most likely that i will straight up tell you "Hey there, i really really don't like you or anything you do, so please fuck off" Its a mystery to me how i don't get knocked out on a daily basis

not to go off topic here, but I absolutely hate when people get drunk and get all confrontational and shit, biggest buzz kill at a party or anything.

anyways, I'm complete agreement in that after 5-6 years on SR answering the exact same questions, my patience runs short. WAY back it was okay because you might have to search to find the answer and I know that's sometimes easier said than done, but now (like was said) there are stickies answering just about any possible question you have. If any newcomer spent one single day reading the stickies in each forum I doubt they would have any questions.

On another note, I know I'm guilty of being real condescending to some people and it's never been something I wanted to turn into. I hate when the people I look up to turn out to be dicks. I think I criticize the guys on my level more than anyone that's just starting, but regardless I'm gunna try and be a lot better to everyone from now on. I've noticed Steven being a lot nicer to people who bump threads and stuff and it inspired me.

<3s to all

yeah listen to brandon and lock thread. All of these threads about "not getting respect" and "too much criticism" and "it was better in the past" are getting very old. For all you new riders, know that in the past, SR was alot more bashful and open to hate (Brandon Franklin and Tim Muller). So lets be thankful and try to ride and have fun with this without letting this damn website affect you.
