theres nothing at all illegal about saying you pirate anything. the only way they catch people is if you are in the act of uploading (usually), so it pretty much only happens with torrents or limewire type programs, and even then its really rare. besides that, even if they do get caught the chances of them taking any criminal action against you is extremely low.

and getting caught by talking SR? do you think the riaa trolls scooter message boards so they can bust 14 yr old who allegededly downloaded that kelly clarkson song of limewire? doubt it.
