i was doing them off a kicker and i found it easier to go faster at the ramp and get more air and then whip it a little slower than normal, then whipping as fast as you can.
Let's be real here. It is. When I go to do a hop double I just think of doing the same exact thing I just put a lot more in my arms and hesitate to put my feet down a little more than usual. and you can't try telling me I can't do one either.
My advice is, slow down your legs and speed up your arms.
