Downside, Turndown , table tops...

sorry to bring up a super old thread but i was talking to this super good bmxer and i showed him my turndown and he said "That isnt a turndown you cant turndown unless you have pedals". I dont know if this is true or not i meen ive seen turndowns on many vids but.

no hes wrong ive talked to pro bmxers (ex. Scotty Cramner) and hes agrewes that my turndown is indeed a turndown but that doesn't mean that your turndown down is post a vid of what yours look like

Lol he prolly just doesnt like scootering... He could say 'you cant tailwhip unless you have pedals' aswell...
 
i can turndown on bikes and scooters, he's crazy because the pedals have nothing to do with a turndown, except for pushing the back end away from u, so YES, u can do turndowns on scooters and lookbacks, maybe u didn't do it correct

Im trying to learn them, there just so fricken hard... I can get a bit over a tabletop. You got any advice for them? Like what there easyier to do on/over?
 
i'm good on downside and turndowns. but no matter how hard i try, i can't seem to get close to tables.when i try it looks so stupid.lol. what kind of ramps are they easier on. cary told me on hips and stuff, but anything else?

When I do tabletops I just pull my feet up to the back of my legsand straighten my arms downwards..But when im trying to go for Inverts i sorta throw in an X-up so i can make it bigger...I have no idea how they get it fully upside down though
