Downside whip

I searched and found nothing so please dont make fun of me... what is a downside whip, and how do you do it

go up a qaurter pipe...and do a tilwhip one way but spin your body in a 180 the other way...

oooohhhh. so thats wat ther called. i called them decade 180 tailwhips. yea there so easy. just tailwhip one way and 180 the other way and land half way around. hey i have a question. i tailwhip the oppiside way i naturally spin. should i 360 heelwhip(spin bacside) or 360 tailwhip(spin frontside)?

Hmm, do they count as flyouts to, like Downside whips to fakie? I've been doing these as flyouts and bmxers say it's only a downside whip if it's in the quarter, not flyout. They call it a whip oppo 180, or oppo whip 180 flyout. So does it still count

a downside whip is on any transition such as a bank or a quarter. basically, its a 180 whip where you spin the opposite direction that your deck is spinning. if you dont understand that, then its either a FS 180 regular whip, or a BS 180 opposite whip.

I think he knows, he was just wondering if it was counted as a downside whip when you land flat. What would you call a downside whip but instead of the deck only spinning half around it spins one and a half times around, the deck spinning oppsite of the 180 of corse. Im trying to learn those, they look sweet.

You don't have to 180 for it to be a downside whip, you can do downwhips over hips where you only spin 90 as long as you whip opposite that of the way you're spinning.

if you wanna be all technical about it, then yes. if you're just learning them tho, you generally arent going to be doing them over hips just yet lol.

i never do them... unless i am mad bored and do them to fakie on flat or out of fakie.. other then that i do 180 whips
