Dream scs

What would you change, or what would you do to make the available scs's better?
What do you prefer?
What don't you like?
What do you like?
Which scs is your favorite?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I'm making a titanium scs, so your input would be greatly anticipated!!

Thanks.

How expensive will it be to make a titanium scs?

4 bolts

Dislikes
5mm bolts

heavy
ugly

Not sure yet, I have prototype titanium pegs that will be ready next week and the first scs's that I make for a prototype will be aluminum for cost purposes. And once its perfect, ill make it titanium.

So far:
6mm bolts
Lightest and strongest scs
Probably rounded

Not sure about them being compatible with normal and oversized bars. It will be more material and way more cost. Also, it will be 2 different designs.

I may just make one for standard then if that is sucsesful then I may make that's compatible for both.

I'll have to use more material to make the clamp thicker in order to be able to take both bar sizes.

More material = more cost & more weight

I'll definitly take that into consideration.

What about height? 3 inches (same as baby scs) 3 1/2 inches, or 4 inches?

That's not a scs. So no thanks.
And I'm gonna wanna save as much money as possible without sacrificing strength with titanium. It's CRAZY expensive.

Still though. What about the height?

i perfer 4in cuz its hard to find tall bars, and the extra inch helps to get the additional bar hieght you want. and make it oversized and use a shim to run standard. (like proto full and tilt)

Is the only reason you want 4 inches is so that the bars will be taller.
Also, it will only make your bars 1/2" taller not a full inch.

I'll consider doing the dual compatible style scs.

4 inch would be more expensive than making it oversized compatible, also heavier so if your trying to make a lighter scs just go baby scs height that's what most people run anyway
