My fork and the inside of my handlebars are completely stripped so I just use my double clamps.
Same, i strip them on purpose so i dont have waste time screwing them down

Sorry for this question but whats a double clamp for? I know whats 1 clamp 1 clamp already squeezes the slots so that the T tube is nice and snug but double clamp from what I think is that it only stops the lower clamp from moving up but does not increase the tightness of the slots.

Sorry but I don't know what it is for so please tell me.Thanks

Ã?Æ?Ã?â??Ã?â? Ã¢â?¬â?¢Ã?Æ?ââ?¬Â¦Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã?â??llar had a fork which went smoothly over to steertube, so the forktube and steertube was as in 1 piece (not 2 pieces welded together or anything, smooth 1 piece), it had to be installed from the bottom and that's why the steertube was thinner too for its diameter.

How do you tighten the top headset with this kind of fork? Ive been thinking about having such thing made, with the handle pipe put through the top the same way as in case of the v2 Rad bars, not welded though, but tightened with a screw instead.

I have drilled through the fork and attached my bar with a bolt, the diffrence is that Ive drilled it below the bottom headset, so my bar acts also like a fork reinforcement.
Pics? I'd be really interested to see what you did with it.

Search the forum, Ive posted some crappy pics of it, the thread name was something like 'new bar pics'.

ive drilled my fork, not from tehre where you think tho.. i got idea to change forktube from fork ( there is usually aluminium forktube and aluminium fork and you have to make it more stronger by putting one tupe into forktube. well ive removed my forktube somehow ( i didnt saw anything, i just got somehow the forktube off fork. now i can put like bmx chromoly forks and they are like hundred times better but im not doing because
A) it doesnt have threads. my headset will get fucked up probably, maybe not. i gotta try
B) my driller is too weak to drill bmx fork.
tho i will try someday replace my aluminium forktube with bmx forktube ( not bmx fork, i mean bmx forktube. its strong as hell ).

razor forks aren't made out of aluminium. If it were, it would be a disaster. They are steel.

Its straight pointless to have two dub bar clamps. and drilling a hole in your fork is stupid. Its obviously going to make the pussy ass razor forks weaker than they are. Dont even try unless its like Pete's

This made me think a bit about my concept; looks like I may find a way to separate the forktube from the fork module (they're bound with nothing but two welds) and then have a longer tube welded just the same way.
