Dyeing Anodized Metal Cores?

Can you or will it mess up the core?
OR
Can you dye glow in the dark metal cores like fernando's? Or will they not be able to glow any more?

I want to know the same thing. I dont think it would glow anymore because your adding chemical shit to the urethane and you would cover up the original glowing colour.
I think its something like that!
