How did you take that front board sequence ?
theres 1 picture, but four persons =S

Its the same as a sequence shot except its manually stitched together.
Unless there is another way to do it..

there is another way to do it so it looks nicer in photoshop you change the blending modes but i dont know how to so i just keep the camera still and take a sequence and then cut the person and a bit of background out so its easy to aline
