eagle ovalized?

i found the most retarted way (but it works) (only for bad cases)
get a plastic bottle ,a big 1 ,
and cut it so it goes around the bearing slot tightly
,but cut it wider than the bearing slot and if it is done right should work and cut off the stuff that sticks out its pretty hard to get it right but as i said if done right it should work
but glue works for small cases
NOT tape,tape falls out easily
and it is a posibility that u may of tighten the wheel too hard
its happened to mine and a few friends of mine]
to fix this prob the spacer between the bearing
File it down or grind it down
be careful when u do but u dont wnna do it too much or the bearings will overtighten and may break the bearings ,DO NOT do this if u dont have spare spacers in case u grind it too much
whats up with you and plastic bottles lol

tape or stickers dont work on eagles because they dont ovalize as micros, they ovalize lik 0,005mm so you cant put a sticker there, locktide works great and its thiner than stickers

On the topic of EagleSport wheel bearing slots...
I have had my spoked 110mm wheel for a few days now, and just today I noticed something.

I have Bones Super Swiss Six Ball Bearings.

When I put the bearings in with the Bones spacers between them, the bearings don't fit in all the way.

Like, one bearing will stick out a little, and if I push it in, the other bearings sticks out.

So, my wheel kept clicking, so I kept tightening it a little more to make it stop.
And then..
Pop!
And I take out the bearings and the spacer was like squeezed and the ends were flaring up.

Beat for two bearings, but is it the wheel or the Bones Spacers causing the problem?

Bones is hands down the best bearing manufacturer in the world and everything they make is precision so I find it hard to believe they would be sending bad spacers if they expect their bearing to perform. Nameen?

EAGLE WHEELS USE A BREAST BETWEEN THE BEARINGS OF 10,0 MM WHEN THE SPACER IS LONGER THEN 10,0 MM THE BEARINGS WILL NOT FIT COMPLETE INTO THE BEARINGCAGE.
IN THAT CASE YOU GET A CLICKING SOUND, THE WHEEL CAN MOVE A BIT FROM RIGHT TO LEFT.SO YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE SPACERS.

SOME PRODUCERS OF SPACERS USE LONGER SPACERS THEN 10,0MM !!!! MAKE SURE YOURS ARE 10,0 TO 10,3MM NOT LONGER!!

i use stock razor spacers, and they work perfectly, and i switch them out whenever i get a new deck.
