Easiest way to get grips off of bars?

i use hand sanitizer to get my grips on

I have a way that gets them off in like 3 seconds... I just don't know how to explain it. So yeah all of those suggestions above will work.

maybe stick a knife under the grips. to get the glue out then put your fingers on the end of the grips and pull. dont squeze the grip when pulling

Honestly, it is a foamie. Just rip it off, we all know that you are't going to use it again.

take the metal handle out... cut the elastic first... then just put em in water and soak em then take em out and slip the foamies off. voila!

for all grips i use deoderant...stick flat head screwdriver under grips lift a bit and spray some deoderant. than start twisting and pull off and wen u put them on just spray deoderant over bars and slip them on it only takes a lil bit to disolve
