Easy way to get grips on?

i just received some new grips i ordered. it was a bitchhh to get my stock grips off and my hands are killing me. is there an easy way to get my grips on my bars without an air compresser? also, are bar plugs really necessary?

yes just spray a little hairspray in them and they will go on easy and stick like a champ when dry in like 10 mins also u can use it to remove them as well. bar ends are useful because then u wont mess up the ends of ur bars making it harder to put on and remove grips

Another easy way is to get some Vaseline and rub it on the inside of the grip and it usually slides right on. It has always worked for me but you have to wait about 10 minutes for it to dry depending on how much you use.

Everybody should use axe spray. I swear ive never had so much ease getting on grips, and they dry like instantly. also guys are more likely to have it than hairspray

Get a glass of water, dip your fingers in the water then wipe it on the bar and do the same thing but to the inside of the grip, it slips rite on.

I got myself banned.
None of this stuff is really needed..
Use your own spit. Theyll slide right on and it dries sticky. Its all ive ever used.
