no. firstly you are an idiot for cutting the threads off and re-welding also an fsa headset top cup thing will be in the way of the wheel alot. so i don't know if it will work or not, but it's worth a try to shown the people of SR something new.

haha yeah tht is exactly what andrew does is cut the threads off and reweld a new chromoly threadless peice on and the FSA thing i got from madis ..and it works perfectly fine....
