Second: I would like to see this not happen. I understand throwing government at it won't necc. help the matter, but that doesn't mean it can't take actions. One way is similar to anti-trust laws that we currently have. Companies should not be allowed to grow so massive that they're possible downfall can destroy the global economy, in my opinion. Lot of problems can stem from that, but I'm not a lawmaker or lawyer or anything, so I'm not going to worry about it.
And that's my rant for now.
i agree with this. the whole reason why we are in this mess is because of
lack of reinforcement of regulations. companies got too greedy and took risks to gain big dollars quick, which they should not have done. the government needs to put more restrictions so they can't do these risky moves.
as for what i would do to solve this problem, i have no idea. i'm glad i'm not president; i don't know why anyone would want the job, honestly.
edit: nick, of course our government is faith-based, the whole country itself was founded as a christian nation. it should stay that way too.
