You can buy online, or at a local computer/technology shop. Final Cut Pro and sony vegas pro great. Although they take a bit to get used to. In about maybe 3 months you will know all the things you need to be able to edit great scooter videos

what operating system?

i don't think most people would recommend final cut as the step up from movie maker, probably either sony vegas or adobe premiere pro.

having edited all my videos with sony vegas since 2005 and having used premiere pro the past two years for my video production class, I still would use vegas over premiere pro anyday..it's easier to use and more practical in my opinion.
