i had kinda the same thing, i was trying to 360 over this rail, and i tagged the nose of the board on the rail and my knee went right into the side of a box. lol

it was massive, it happened about 2 years ago though....

i re-injure this like every time i go riding.. it sucks! i barely hit it and it swells up.. not huge.. but swells..and its sensitive still..

yep sam.. i always hit the sam elbow all the time.. its swollen for about a week, and everytime i hit it it just went bigger... dam they hurt!!
