..if you did this with paypal, you cant get scammed whether theyre unlegit or not.

yeah, but there's always that person that thinks they can get away with it, but they just end up causing problems
not necessarily. there's just a higher chance that you MIGHT be able to get your money back if the other party does scam.
also, in the instance that paypal is on your side and tries to get your money back, it'll only work if there's money in the scammer's paypal account. if he transferred the $ to their bank account already there's no way you can get it since paypal is not allowed to dig into your bank account.
i don't want you guys thinking that using paypal is 100% safe when dealing on the BST. that's not the case. also, there's a 30 day waiting period i think. not sure about that actually. and, if the scammer provides some kind of tracking you better not expect to get your $ back.
