i love going to new parks though and everyone just looks at me and i can hear them saying shiit, then i start to ride and they're just like holy poop man are you pro :O
haha i dont think anyones ever hated on me in person cause im on a scooter

they made a sign and put it on the outside gate that said no scooters or bikers allowed fuck you try santana haha

What don't you kids understand. Respect is EARNED, end of story. If you can go all the way from being a "scooter fag" to an OG shredder at your local - that means you've made it. Just shows that you've stuck to it and kept pushing yourself no matter what anybody else may have thought of you.

i only get ashamed when doctors ask what i do for fun or how i g ot hurt. cause they think like im riding around and tripped on a rock and shittt.

but everyone at my school calls me scooter andy or scoot. lol

I agree. I went to the doctors to get my foot checked(i ripped tendons in it) and he asked how i did it, im like i was riding my scooter and... hes like scootering? don't you mean skateboarding? im like no... scootering, hes like oh ive never heard such a thing. He's like, on a little kids razor scooter? I was like yeah... He made me feel like a stupid little kid, i should have said, at least im not the one fondling others mens genitals almost everyday of my life.

Im not embarassed at all, i feel ashamed when i don't get the respect from average people. Like my parents and there friends think anyone on a scooter is 8 years old or younger. Hopefully as this sport progresses we can change the mind set of people of what real scootering is, because i love doing it so much.

I'm not embarrassed that I ride a scooter, but a lot of the time I'm embarrassed by other people who ride scooters.

but yeah, skaters at newport give you shit about it all the time, and I just tell them that skating started off as a toy as well.
Bikers respect those of us who are good, and not snakes.
I guess im not really embarrassed at all.

I've been riding the same park for 5 years so i have earnt my respect, and for any new bmxer i look back and for the skaters i dub whip or bri flat

I get ---- for skaters to and skaters at my school but they saw me ride and now there chill wit it !!!!! all of the school year and then over the summer it happend the backed off!
