I used to be ridiculous when it came to energy drinks. I used to buy cases of monster and drink like 3-4 cans a day on average lol. The mini fridge in my room was just full of it. I have this sick necklace made out of just monster tabs. Let me try to find a picture of it.

There are much better alternatives to get energy than these drinks.
Ginko tablets last all day and you don't need to absorb copious amounts of sugar in the process. You guys ever heard of fruit too? Funnily enough that stuff is also good for you bananas especially if you're looking for energy

you should be illegitimately concerned about that.

i quit energy drinks after months of daily redbulls and rockstarrs. the headaches were stupid bad, but i noticed if you drink rockstars every day the caffeine headaches from quitting arent as bad as monster or redbull, even if it has more.

ive had one every like month lately.

I only really have them at 10 in the morning when I go to the indoor skatepark or if I'm feeling ridiculously tired when I go to my local. I love mtndew. The strong, rugged jews of the mountains. Yum.

I used to love Pepsi Raw but I can't find it anywhere anymore.

Purple rockstars or green monsters I only drink them at most once a week though, on a Saturday before a full day riding.
