Epic Forks Problem!

everything on my scooter just arrived and i went to my local skateshop (CJS) to put it together. He told me that the starnut wouldnt fit into the fork and it didint come with anyother system or anything so im kinda stuck since im using a proto scs compression system. Anyinput would help

epic forks have a thicker forktube, you will need a 7/8th inch starnut

You can make normal starnut fit. Just use a saw and cut some big slits in the side of it, or just buy the 7/8ths starnut. Another thing you could do is use ics, and put a nut inside the scs which tightens onto the ics bolt in your fork
