That's my point. It's a trick of the mind. It only works for those who think it works. For those who doubt it, it won't work. All it does is help you gain confidence. I've had one, it doesn't do anything.

lmfao what? nah dude it has a piece of foil that makes you think it does something, so in theory it does work because of the placebo. you can take a livestrong band and if you can make yourself believe it makes you stronger, it probably will.

Im glad Joe brought up the Placebo effect. Thats exactly what it is. You trick your own mind. You THINK it will work, your mind is so set on this thing working, that it will actually "work". Its human psychology.

As for the magnet... Maybe it would very slightly effect the iron in your blood. But once it gets past the magnet, theres nothing to manipulate the INCREDIBLE SMALL iron particles in your blood.
