Ethic Legion with scs

So i've cut the cap and now I can't install a normal starnut in because the hole inside is too little. Are Ethic Legions good with scs, and how could I install a starnut in, so I wouldn't hit it in tilted?

apparently theyre bad to use with SCS, but people still use them for that lol. i was planning on using mine for SCS but nah

you need a smaller sized starnut than usual, like the ones that are used in epic forks and that, the 7/8th starnut, you wont be able to fit a normal one in there

But here, they don't sell these kind of starnuts, right now I'm just using the fork with the scs but the starnut is hit in tilted so the the headset is loose

Yeah sorry to break it to you but they suck ass for SCS. I broke 2 in a month each.

for me the problem isn't really if they're durable and last, but I have a problem getting a starnut in so it won't go in tilted, but here there aren't any 7/8 inch starnuts

Yeah they're pretty hard to find at most bike shops.

All the shipping and shit, never liked that, also for 5$ piece-not worth it, I'm going to try to file down the starnut to get it to the right size

well i have other 1 inch starnuts, and I'd just take the old one out

Dude it will be garbage, invest in a real starnut
It never works well when you try to bend the tabs and file them and shit

when you file them to the right size they will have more gripping power, so they won't start moving or coming out, and I won't bend the tabs
