okay, can someone please just summarize whats going on? i watched this video in two sessions and it might have been the foreign language that didn't get to me. so marcel is ripping off his employees? how many brands are being run by him?

He screwed over Alot of people, not his employees, but he took advantage of the other owners of district and addict who basically built the companies, and ran them out.
Now he's just in it to make as much money as he can off our sport by making products pulled out of the previous part owners asses


Edit: to destroy Marcel's influence, you would have to destroy all of the companies he runs. So we would have to boycott not just district, but eagle and addict too (even if it means affecting all the team riders)

fuck it. the v2i is a great deck, and im not gonna stop riding it because of ONE side of the story. i mean i believe what kevin is saying about how marcel fucked him over. but there is TWO sides to every story.

V2i was an amazing deck! but we can only wait to hear the other side of the story from marcel

I say the parts will determine the winner here, its wierd but thats what i believe because of the difference in design on the v4

I love my district parts and I will probably continue to ride them because they are perfect for my preference, But I only ride them to help myself not Marcel even though it is him getting money from it. I support Kevin and the products he designed and I hope Ethic turns into a great company and hope all the best for Kevin. My two cents.

I believe this is what we should be taking out of this video.. Not that they are all of a sudden fragile decks just because marcel turned out to be a cheap fuck. All the respect for the riders who got screwed and are still thriving in the scooter community and endrant.

This is what I was trying to say. Riding District, Addict, and Eagle parts is okay, just don't buy new ones and tell little kids to not buy them either.

District decks are perfect and I don't want to ride any other deck at the moment. I just picked up a new one today. What's done is done, but as soon as Ethic is realised, i'm going to back them 100%.

still, fuck Marcel, decks are just too nice though to stop riding them.

If you guys cared you would stop buying district. You can say how much you don't support marcel you just like the parts blah blah blah but it doesnt matter. You are still riding and buying his products.
