exact tilt chromo size

i will be making steel pegs similar to tilt chromos in cnc class (yes cnc'd steel pegs) and want base dimensions to give me a start to the design. dont tell me just to buy chromo's as they are expensive where i live PLUS i want to get good grades.

so i guess the hole diameter for the axle is 8.1mm or something?
i need the outer diameter of the small cylinder(the bit the axle grips on/goes through), the outer and inner diameter of the lager cylinder (the bit you grind on), also the thickness of the bit between the axle/nut and the fork if you get me. any help would really be appreciated.
