exporting in preiere pro CS3

ok so iv tryed lods of difernt formats and compressers and i cant find a good mix of file size and quality. its ether masive file n good quality or realy small files n rubbish quality.

so any sudgestion at to what setings to use would be great =)

I usually export with Cinepak codec by Radius i think, or just the default DV codec. Than i compress with Sorenson Squeeze.
