I dont like the cut out in the headtube they could have found a better way to do it.
But i wonder how good the 4.25 reventon will be when it is complete.

OK Guys - I appreciate your feedback. I know Vaughn LOVES to buy into that "Phoenix Copies TSI" bull----- but seriously....This deck is the culmination of many riders input including Chris Gascoigne and Stan Smirnoff. We were designing this deck long before TSI EVER showed the Flight Deck. Heston, Cooper, Jr, Stan, Gary Ably, Chris and more can all vouch for that.

All these pictures are of prototypes, not final production decks. I am sure we will make some changes once we get rider feedback from our team as they test them.

Reventons will come in 3 sizes; 4.25x19.5" - 4.65x20.5" - 5.25x22"

We will make far more 4.25 decks than 5.25 decks. The 5.25 deck is for bigger riders like Stan who want to ride big flowy park and vert. It won't be for everyone, that's ok. The 4.65 will be great for riders who are tall and have big feet (like Gary) who ride park and street.

I weighed our current Integrated 4.0 today and it is 3 lbs 2.3 oz

The Reventon 4.25 weighs 3 lbs 3.4 oz (pretty close)

We are not sitting around at the shop trying to figure out what other scooter companies are coming up with next. We are running our own race and will continue to do so.

a company singling out a rider. very proffesional. but like i said before what i said wasnt hate it was out of dissapointment. oh and you guys say you had all these ideas way before the flight was shown?
matt DESIGNED the flight over 10 months ago. he had the extruded blue print before you guys even had a thought of the reventon.

and just like i said before,

dual grindpoints,
continuous concave over 3 deg,
headtube concave.

wonder where you guys got those ideas from?

im not going to argue because all it has done in the past is cause drama in the scooter community, ive said what i needed to say and that is all.

Dude are you serious? TSI is not the first with dual grind points. Razor B models have dual grind points for fuck sake. Proto has dual grind points, Blunt has dual grind points. TSI is not the first and stop saying TSI has headtube concave, The headtube on the flight clearly wasn't design with concave for your foot. The necktube is like an inch and a half wide and it has like 20* of concave. Its not even functional, like the Concave on the phoenix headtube is practical because your foot can actually fit in it. I am not a phoenix bandwagon rider either, I don't like Phoenix as a company, but I can tell you right now that TSI "headtube concave" was a complete fail and this will be 10000x better.

actually the ht concave on the tsi hugs your big toe which is the only part of my foot that is on the ht when i hang 5 so its not a complete fail

Not trying to single you out Vaughn, but i am getting really tired of the whinning.

Lots of scooters had "Dual Grindpoints" WAY before TSI
Skateboards have had "continuous concave over 3 deg" for 20 years
My riders suggested "Downtube Concave"

If i never saw Matts designs, how could i have copied him...makes no sense.

well i looked at the big picture. matt came out with a few new innovations to the sport with his deck. then you come out with yours and it has the same innovations.
And considering you straight up said on inside that you had gotten the idea to make scooters from tsi and if i remember right you even said that your deck held the same
basic design as a tsi.

Yea im really tired of people saying Phoenix copied TSI.
Its dumb and either way if they did get over it every other company copies others.

or "BLUNT IS SHIT!"

and no one ever bashes them? at least i actually have something logical to say without the intent to start shit.

Im sorry dude, but what your saying isnt very logical..
Liek Tom said, non of these are firsts for TSI or Phoenix. And if you wanna get technical, Phoenix released plans for the Reventon before the public even knew about the Flight deck. Im not sticking up for either company because this whole arguement is ridiculously immature.
Its been said a thousand times, you ever realise that all bike frames, bars, and forks, look pretty damn similar? Certain designs work, and people will stick with them. Do you think someones gonna make a cool looking part, but its a total piece of ----- just because they dont want to "copy" another design? Shit happens, good things are inevitably going to be repeated in a sport like this.

And just chill dude. "lol i didnt start shit sure i posted first but if i remember right i included in my post "THIS IS NOT HATE" and then later on "I DO NOT WANT TO ARGUE IVE SAID WHAT I NEEDED TO SAY AND THAT IS ALL"". Direct quote from you. You did in fact instigate this entire thing, and you also said this is all you have to say but yet you keep it going. Voice your opinion and leave it at that. This started as an opinion like you said, but you couldnt just leave it alone.
Nothing personal, just stating what i see and how dumb it all is.

i see what your saying scott i should have left it alone like i planned on. its hard to when even though your done with a topic others arent. in all honesty im 100% sure this would have been just another opinion if someone didnt have to get defensive.

I agree with you on that one. But sometimes you gotta be the bigger man and just walk away. Cliche as ----- but it works.
