Seriously, I used to be a lot like you (sadly). I'd talk shit all the time but never actually ride, and always make excuses like it's too out out or whatever and just spend all my time on SR instead. It didn't exactly end well.

You have tons and tons of parts, metal cores after metal cores you've probably never needed. Just get a setup, anything, and go ride. Doesn't matter what the fuck it looks like, because unless you have a good community everyone's going to say you're gay for riding a scooter anyway. Doesn't matter how strong it is because you're not good enough to even break anything. Just calm the hell down, stop having an ego so huge that you absolutely CANT let any idiot on the internet get away with challenging you, and go enjoy riding scooters. You'll be better off for it.
